Leaders of Demo Experiences
Thank you for sharing your unique offerings, allowing us to try a wide range of new practices!
Natalie Jones of Make Me Awesome with Awesome Flow Yoga/Cardio Fusion: a fusion of uplifting and centering yoga with cardio, core strengthening and sculpting. The game participants had fun and worked up a sweat!
Eva Zimet of 802 Tango with Argentine Tango Flash-Lesson and Demo: A beginner-friendly flash-lesson and demo in Argentine Tango, an easy-access but endlessly subtle partner dance based on connection. Eva Zimet & Keysi Móntas have been dancing tango for many years and Eva teaches in White River Junction’s Open Door Studio if you’re inclined to explore further! So much fun!
Cassie of Mountain Girl Yoga with Breath, Body Work and Sound Healing: Breath and bodywork, followed by sound healing, aiming for a balanced connection between mind, body and spirit.
Kate Gamble of Open Door Integrative Wellness with Embodied Meditation: Through a brief meditation and gentle movement practice using breath and relaxed movements, we discovered the inherent ease and grace that is found as we listen to our body and breath.
Maylena Cubanita with an Intro to Salsa Dancing: Many enjoyed this fun Latin dance form and explored the magic of Salsa dancing! We learned the first steps, connected to the music and stepped away from all the worries through dancing. Definitely brought big smiles 😊!
Aleah of Open Door Integrative Wellness with Mysore-style Ashtanga Yoga: Each student learned and practiced a series of postures, adapted and modified according to individual circumstances, with a focus on breath and internal awareness, in this introductory guided Ashtanga yoga practice.
Grace Tecca of Maker Golf with Putting for “Dough”: Be a Maker … Putt Less! Experienced and (many) future golfers had a little fun putting for prize tickets with the new putter designed by son of Lyme Chris Tecca and produced by his company Maker Golf.
