AARP: A Nationwide Resource

There are many organizations that support individuals and communities either at a local or national level. Once per month, for Wellness Wednesday, we will share one of these well-respected organizations in order to connect you with more resources that support Health & Wellness.

This month, in the midst of the holiday season, we are sharing AARP. AARP is a nationwide organization with offices in every state. Throughout the holiday season, AARP – New Hampshire, is offering a variety of practical and fun programs for the holiday season.

Program titles range from:

  • “AARP Virtual Trivia”
  • “AARP NH HomeFit”
  • “Holiday Scams to Watch out for”
  • “Holiday Centerpieces with a Great Garden of the World”
  • “Movies for Grownups Screening”
  • “Dance Party: A Tropical Holiday for the Holidays”
  • “Make it Merry, Make it Sustainable”
  • “The Girlfriend Book Club Discussion”
  • Lots more!

As a large, nationwide organization AARP has a wide variety of programs with something likely to appeal to you! AARP does have an annual membership fee; some of the programs mentioned above are free for non-members, and some are not. If you are interested in AARP membership but are concerned about the  fees, please contact us – we are happy to help support your enrollment. help@cclyme.org
