Creamy Vegan Mango Lassi

With all the recent cold and snow I’ve been struggling with a bit of cabin fever. In just over a week I’m taking an adventure to Florida. I’m very excited for the beach and some palm trees! In the meantime, I’ve been looking for tasty tropical recipes to give my taste buds a little vacation.
