MONDAY– All Levels Yoga 5:30-7PM   Sept. 11- Oct. 23  7 weeks  $77 for the series or $15/class drop-in

This is a great after work class.  Asana(postures), pranayama(breath) and a bit of meditation to cultivate strength, balance,  flexibility, and equanmity.  Good for most everybody with lots of modifications given.

WEDNESDAY-Yoga Basics and Beyond 8:30-10AM  Sept. 4- Oct. 25  8 weeks $88 for the series or $15/class drop-in

Learn the foundations of yoga and how to use asana(posture) and pranayama(breath) creatively to cultivate a yoga practice that meets your specific needs. Benefits for all bodies.
