Tai Chi is a relaxing form of exercise that builds strength, awareness, and balance. It is helpful for reducing stress and strengthening the immune system. Open to people of all ages, it can be practiced as a meditation, a martial art, or for health.

Classes run four days per week at the farm in East Thetford. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to give yourself a chance to settle and sign in.

6:40-8:00pm – Regular Class

8:15-9:00pm – Advanced Class

WEDNESDAYS with Dave Chapman

5:30pm-7:00pm – Regular Class

7:05-8:00pm – Advanced Class

THURSDAYS with John Lee

5:30-6:30pm – Beginner Class

6:45-8:00pm – Regular Class


9:00-10:30am – Regular Class

10:30-11:30am – Advanced Class

11:30am-12:30pm – Beginner Class
