Join Dr. Eliza Polli, clinical psychologist, for a workshop on mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy skills for managing stress. Dr. Polli will introduce you to some skills to reframe our thoughts and our reactions to strong emotions and stress. She will also lead you through an experiential mindfulness exercise focusing on being in the present in a non-judgmental way, to increase self-compassion and resilience.
