This Zoom Discussion will be lead by Leslie Lindenauer, a History Professor from Western Connecticut State University’s History

She will discuss the prevalence of witch trials in the four decades leading up to the infamous Salem witch trials.

She will also address the role that gender played in both accusations and trials, and in Puritan culture in general.
