“Let’s Talk!” on Hospice – Mental and Spiritual Health for Patients and Caregivers – Virtual VNH Program

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and the Visiting Nurse and Hospice for VT & NH is bringing you a presentation about your mental and spiritual health while you or a loved one is going through hospice care. Gary Shapiro, the Chaplin for the VNH, will be discussing the support that is provided during this difficult time. The discussion will take place on Wednesday, May 18^th, at 12:00pm live on YouTube. The presentation will be available on YouTube after it steams live if you are unable to attend the live presentation. I strongly encourage you to watch this live as you can get your questions answered in real time!
