An 11-year Tradition Celebrating Community
On Thanksgiving morning, join Sharon at 9 am via LIVESTREAM for Upper Valley Yoga’s annual tradition of a “by-donation” class to benefit the Upper Valley Haven. This is our 11th year offering this class, celebrating community and honoring the Haven for all the generous work they do!
We will share in an all-levels yoga practice via Zoom that celebrates what we have, what we can give, and our loving, welcoming yoga community.
All levels and all ages are welcome; please donate ($5 minimum) to reserve your spot. Once your donation has been processed you will receive a thank you email with the Zoom link for class.
