We are available every Monday from 1:00 to 3:00 pm at the Congregational Church every Tuesday from 9:00 to 11:00am at the Lyme Center Academy Building (rear entrance) to check blood pressures and more. Folks stop in for a variety of reasons such as: consultations around caring for elderly family at home or away, preparing for planned medical/surgical are – how to anticipate and plan for your needs, medication questions and management, completing an advance directive and so on. We can be reached by phone or email for an appointment, or just drop in!
