Yoga For Guys is a great class for the weekend warrior, serious athlete, or couch potato; young and old alike.  Come learn the secrets of yoga to help you gain flexibility, strength, and calm.
This class is a” series only” class, no drop-ins.

Note:  This class has a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 12.
