I am passing this link along because the leading problem I have encountered as an EMS provider is dehydration. Nearly everyone should be drinking more water. And in town here, we’re lucky to be drinking non-chlorinated spring or well water.

If you’re at all like me, you may find staying hydrated during the winter can be a challenge. I had to use some tricks to continue to drink water throughout the day. Here are a few resources for you to look over if you too could use a nudge.
