Mondays’ All Level Yoga is a great class for folks of all ages and abilities. It encompasses the touchstones of movement and posture(asana), breath(pranayama), and meditation for an overall balanced class. If you are new to yoga, modifications can be given that allow you to reap the benefits of the practice. If you are an experienced yogi, there is plenty of room to challenge yourself and to connect with your body in new and different ways. Something for everyone.
The online format is new to many of us and I was skeptical at first. After a solid month of taking a class online myself, I was sold. This new arrangement is so close to an in person class experience and even has some benefits that going to a ‘brick and mortar’ class cannot give. (Yoga in your pjs with the video off, no driving, etc.). I hope that you give it a try. I am offering the first class free. If the time is not good for you, let me know. If there is enough interest I am willing to teach classes on different days or times.
