NAMI: A Nationwide Resource, With a State Organization

There are many organizations that support individuals and communities either at a local or national level. Once per month, for Wellness Wednesday, we will share one of these well-respected organizations in order to connect you with more resources that support Health & Wellness.

This month,  we are sharing NAMI -National Alliance on Mental Illness – as resource for you to explore. NAMI has a NH organization that provides  information on both national and local programs, events, resources – including crisis contact information, and support options. If you or someone you know is struggling this is a wonderful website for you to learn more about mental illness, and the resources and supports available.
