Parent Stress Line

There are many organizations that support individuals and communities either at a local or national level. Once per month, for Wellness Wednesday, we will share one of these well-respected organizations in order to connect you with more resources that support Health & Wellness.

This month through our Mental Health conversation on Relationships and Communication we learned about the Parental Stress Line as a resource for the stresses related to parenting.

From their Frequently Asked Questions Page:

“What is the Parent Stress Line?

The Parent Stress Line is a toll-free, confidential helpline for parents who need to discuss issues related to their children.  Trained volunteer counselors answer the Parental Stress Line and offer support, empathy, encouragement, information, referrals, and crisis intervention. We are here for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.”
