Upper Valley Running Club is a volunteer led athletic club that supports a healthy active lifestyle primarily through running. We create a non-competitive space within the club for runners to train together and socialize with other runners in the community. All ages, all paces, and all people are welcome to come run with us!

As a club we have weekly scheduled events on Tuesdays and Saturdays. On Tuesdays one of our trained coaches leads the club in a workout including appropriate warm ups and warm downs to aid in better mobility and injury prevention. Our coaches also design the workouts to be applicable to a range of runner levels and paces.

On Saturdays we meet in front of Omer and Bobs in Lebanon and go on group runs throughout the town. It is a great way to socialize with others in the running community, especially because we usually go to Lucky’s Coffee garage afterwards!

And if you’re just getting into running we’ve got you covered as well! We offer a seasonal Couch to 5k program to help new runners find their stride and build up a running baseline through gradual progression. Whether you run, walk, or do a little bit of both, we have something for everyone! We have an open club policy for our workouts meaning you are more than welcome to attend a Tuesday or Saturday workout to see what we’re all about before becoming a full member. So here is your sincere invitation to come run with us!
