Walk in support of Alzheimer’s Research

Submitted by Kathy Harvard, Representative from the Alzheimer’s Association of VT/NH

You can get in your daily steps, support an important cause, and socialize by bringing your friends and family too! Engage in all of these wellness practices by joining the Upper Valley Walk to End Alzheimer’s. Join the walk Saturday, October 2 at Hanover High School. Register at 8:30 AM for a talk at 9am and walk at 9:30am. The walk builds awareness and raises funds to advance Alzheimer’s research. You can register online or at the event. Please consider joining the fight to end Alzheimer’s.

The Alzheimer’s Association invites you to learn about the status of research on Alzheimer’s. Watch the Youtube video presentation from Liz McCarthy hosted by the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at Dartmouth by visiting the link below. This video explores the status of research on Alzheimer’s, which the walk on Saturday helps to support.
