There are research based recommendations and diets for preventing Alzheimer’s, Heart Disease, Cancer and Diabetes. You will earn which ones are best for you.

Build Healthy Seniors© is based on a modular delivery system that has been studied at Yale, Tufts and The University of Connecticut. By focusing on one small change at a time you can see big results.

Dr Kennedy has been practicing for over 25 years at: Yale Prevention Research Center, USDA Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging, and Dartmouth Hitchcock and others.
