Lyme’s Central Source of Information
CommunityCare of Lyme serves as a central connection to information for community members and their families. Even in our small town, there are so many options and opportunities, it can sometimes be overwhelming. And there are hidden gems — people, programs, or resources that you may never have thought to ask about. Our goal is to make it easier to find what you are looking for.
This section is just a starting point, with links on the right to our new searchable directory of organizations and local services, town and community organizations’ websites, regional news sites, and several printable resources. If you cannot download or print one of the documents you’d like, please contact us and we will get a paper copy to you.
Please call Patty Jenks at 795-0603, or send her a message by clicking contact us above, if you don’t find what you need — or if you’d just prefer to speak with someone than click through a website.
