Lyme COVID vaccine walk-in clinic

When: Wednesday, 3/23/22, 2 – 6 PM

Where: Lyme Fire Station, 44 High St

What: For anyone eligible for a first, second dose of primary series of COVID vaccine (Ages 5 years and up) or those who have not had a booster dose (greater than 5 months from last dose of mRNA series or 2 months for J&J) and qualify (Ages 12 years and older). All vaccines will be available.

Who: Staffed by Upper Valley Regional Public Health Network and Medical Reserve Corps.

Please bring COVID vaccine card if prior vaccination and Identification. Parents must accompany underage minors.
