We’ve got Contradances on Second and Fourth Saturdays, plus a concert and the family-friendly Mud Stomp!

7:15 Walk-through for new dancers
7:30 – 10:30 – Contradance
Live music, all dances first taught then called. Beginners and singles always welcome
Please bring a change of CLEAN SHOES, a water bottle, and if you can, a potluck snack for the break
Sat. 3/14 – music by Liz and Dan Faiella (fiddle and guitar), calling by Ron Blechner from the Pioneer Valley of Western MA
Sister/brother duo Liz and Dan grew up in Etna, NH. Now they’re mainstays of the next generation of acoustic musicians.
Liz is on the faculty at the Concord Music School, and both of them will teach this summer at the Acadia Trad Festival in Bar Harbor, ME
CONCERT: at 2 pm on 3/14 there’s a concert with Liz and Dan at the Seven Stars Center in Sharon, VT – a whole day of great music!

MUD STOMP~! Norwich Rec and Muskeg Music team up to present a fun Family-friendly dance with caller David Millstone
There’s no dance at Marion Cross School this year, so we’ll be Stomping instead…. LIVE MUSIC by a group of volunteer parents and students.
Bring the whole family – we can all dance! No experience necessary – we’re talking BIG FUN here….
5:00 – 6:30 at Tracy Hall- bring CLEAN SHOES and a water bottle
afterwards, supper is provided by Norwich Recreation’
Admission: $5 per person / $15 per family
…followed by a Fourth Saturday Contradance
7:30 – 10:30 – Contradance with LIVE MUSIC by Colin McCaffrey (all things strings) and Dave Langford (fiddle). Calling by David Millstone
Colin and Dave are two well-travelled (and well-respected) veterans of the greater New England acoustic music scene.
…it really doesn’t get any better than this for two fellows churning out some *great* dance tunes
Contradances – Admission is $12, $8 for students and under 16 are FREE!
