FREE SCHOOL BASED DRIVE-THRU FLU CLINICS

Open to any student age 4 -19

No Cost. No insurance necessary.

Please Bring the completed parental consent form with you to your chosen clinic.

Mandatory Masks. We ask that all parties in the vehicle be masked as they come through the clinic.

Please Consider: having the student wear a short sleeve shirt to assist the vaccinator in administering the vaccine.

Guardians DO NOT need to be the driver; any person can bring a student to a clinic, as long as the parental consent form is properly filled out.

These events are part of the Immunization Programsponsored by the NH Division of Public Health Services

Sunday, 10/04/20 @ Lebanon High School, Lebanon: 10am – 3pm

Wednesday, 10/14/20 @ Rivendell Academy, Orford: 12pm – 6pm

Saturday, 10/17/20 @ Dewey Field Lot, Hanover: 10am – 3pm (CHANGED LOCATION from Hanover High School)

Saturday, 10/24/20 @ Canaan Elementary School, Canaan: 10am – 3pm
