Join the Visiting Nurse and Hospice for VT & NH as we discuss all of the legal documents that you or a loved one should have to help plan for the future. We will be discussing living wills, advanced directives, durable power of attorney, medical and financial guardians and so much more! This presentation will cover what all of these areas are, how they can be set-up and provide examples of the forms or online portals that you’ll need to complete. We will also be discussing the differences between setting up these different areas whether you live in Vermont or New Hampshire. The presentation will be happening live, giving you the opportunity to have your questions answered in real time!
