CLASS 4: YOGA FOR UNCERTAINTY
This class focuses on grounding you when you are struggling, or feeling off-center and helps to maintain mental, emotional, and physical balance. Through the tools of yoga this class aims to help you better acknowledge our feelings, regulate the nervous system, reconnect to our core, and learn when to let go.
Taught by renowned yoga instructor Adriene Mishler of Yoga with Adriene, this class will provide a fun and fulfilling approach to yoga for independently mobile participants who have a basic physical activity level.
