Join Leslie Carlton at 6 pm for a livestream “flow and restore” class to CRUSH CANCER and help raise funds for critical cancer research and important patient support services at Dartmouth and Dartmouth-Hitchcock’s Norris Cotton Cancer Center. We’d love for you to make a donation to Norris Cotton but if you are tapped out, join us anyway!

Class will include a fiery (but accessible) flow practice followed by restorative poses to leave you clear and grounded, heading into the weekend.
