Mini Fair June 23 & 24 2023
The Hanover Center Fair returns (in smaller version this year).
A long-standing (more than 50 years) small town fair that happens on the common in Hanover Center the last Friday and Saturday of June each year (this year’s dates June 23 & 24).
Typically there is food, ox pull, games, book sale, white elephant sale, auction, parade and so on. Since Covid hit, the Fair has been on hiatus (except for the Chicken BBQ done the past couple of summers), but this year, the Fair Committee is easing back into the swing of it with the following schedule:
Friday: June 23rd 5:00PM to 9:00PM
• White elephant treasures & bake sale
• Book sale
• Chicken BBQ-serving at 5:30PM chicken, baked beans, coleslaw, roll & dessert-$
• SPECIAL GUEST: BROOKS HUBBARD – 6:00PM TO 9:00PM
Brooks Hubbard is a national touring independent artist from the Upper Valley. He has recorded with members of Jackson Browne & James Taylor’s bands, to opening for KT Tunstall, Robert Cray, Reckless Kelly, Matt Mays and Stephen Kellogg. Brooks is a powerful singer, songwriter and entertainer.
Saturday: June 24th 9:00AM to 2:00PM
