Explore and experience the many organizations and services promoting and supporting health & wellness in Lyme
On the Lyme Common in conjunction with the last Flea Market of the year, come learn about and experience some of the many opportunities to be involved in creating a more healthy and happy YOU and a more healthy and happy community, wherever you live in the Upper Valley.
Join us in Lyme for a day of healthy activities and learning for all ages. Organizations and practitioners demonstrating services and resources, yoga classes, Qi Gong, group sings, a community run, Reiki, spinal screening, healthy farming methods (worm composting!), volunteer opportunities, hands-on safety training, blood pressure checks, e-cigarette education, bike repair basics, musical instrument exploration for kids, mindful drawing, healthy food, and more! A raffle and fabulous prizes!
There will be food for sale on the Common and at surrounding restaurants and stores, and you are welcome to bring a picnic.
