World Tai Chi & Qigong Day, Sat. April 30, 10-11:15, Lyman Park, WRJ VT

Each year, on the last Saturday in April, people around the world do tai chi & qigong within their own time zone, from 10-11 a.m. The event motto is “One World, One Breath.”  We’ll be at Lyman Park, right behind the Hartford Town Hall in White River Junction.
We always enjoy this gathering with instructors, students, and folks who just come to learn what these practices are all about. Instructors Paul Mahoney, Anne Bower, and Jeanne Bolduc will lead, but invite you to jump in for any of the exercises we do. We’ll have light refreshments. It’s free.
