Health Tipsheets from Healthy You and The Nation’s Health

There are many organizations that support individuals and communities either at a local or national level. Once per month, for Wellness Wednesday, we will share one of these well-respected organizations in order to connect you with more resources that support Health & Wellness.

If you find yourself curious about various health and wellness topics the American Public Health Association (APHA) offers The Nation’s Health as one of their publications. One subsection of this publication is a series of health fact sheets available in both English and Spanish. You’ll be provided with succinct overviews on various topics such as “Mass Transit”, “Breastfeeding”, “Snoring”, “Dogs” and “Family Meals” to name just a few from their catalog of “Healthy You” fact sheets.
