Do you both appreciate an avocado, and feel wildly irritated by how quickly it transitions from ripe to spoiled? Well then we’re very similar! I have a few avocados in the fridge that are RIPE and need to be used today. RIGHT NOW. Or they’ll be brown, spoiled mush. So, what’s a fun way to make use of them outside of guacamole? (No offense to guacamole – it’s delicious.) Why not transition the temperamental avocado into something sweet, and (almost) healthy?
