Elevated Oats

With the weekday mornings being a whirlwind, here’s a tasty way to prepare oatmeal that is quick, and satisfying while offering tasty seasonal textures.


  • 1 packet of instant Oatmeal
  • 1 1/2 cups of Oat milk
  • 1 TSP Cinnamon
  • 1 TBSP Peanut Butter (or any preferred nut butter)
  • 2 TBSP Pomegranate Seeds (or as desired, I’m a huge fan!)


  1. In a microwave safe bowl add your instant oatmeal and Oat milk together. Follow package instructions for heating. (Normally ~ 90 seconds)
  2. Carefully remove bowl (it may be hot!) and sprinkle in cinnamon
  3. Add peanut butter & stir together
  4. Sprinkle pomegranate seeds on top
  5. Enjoy!
