At this point, I believe I’ve shared my love of potatoes. If not, now you know. I’d proudly wear an “I 💗Potatoes” t-shirt. I appreciate how versatile they are despite being somewhat simple. Anyway, enough about my feelings on potatoes. One thing I’ve been exploring recently is adding more texture and unexpected flavor to dishes.
