Chickpea and Vegetable Picnic Hand Pies

Getting ready for a potluck over the weekend I spent a bit of time considering what to share. I don’t have a ton of free time, and wanted to bring something people might find interesting and a bit different from potluck staples. That brought me to Chickpea and Vegetable Picnic Hand Pies, a recipe I found on tinnedtomatoes.com, shared by Jacqueline Meldrum (July 10, 2016).
